With the Reiki 1 class you receive the attunement and complete instructions and practical applications to begin working with Reiki for yourself and others. Manual is provided. You receive continued support from me as you walk your path as a Reiki practitioner.
With Reiki 2 class you receive 3 symbols with which to work including distance and emotional healing, Reiki 2 manual and further practice and investigation into Reiki.
We also discuss the use of and practice practical applications for some friendly tools such as crystals, pendulums, meditation and more.

The visible light spectrum that  we learn about in science class has more to do with our energy, moods and internal balance than we may have thought before.
Wearing or looking at certain colors can even help us have more energy, create a calm sensation or help us feel empowered.

Like a rainbow in your body, you have colorful energy fields that spin and shine, glowing your internal light. These colors, or vibrations, represent balance and grounding, self worth, emotional health, and more and are connected with each other. Here's how you can learn your colors and what they mean for you in stimulating healing in your body.
