6 Easy Steps to Better Health

1. Go outside. Whether you take a walk, play in the garden or admire the view, getting outside is a good idea.

2. Drink lots of clean water. Staying hydrated will alleviate so many health issues.

3. Rest and Rejuvenate your mind. What's stopping you from taking time for yourself? Create the time you need... less TV anyone? Try meditation or listening to classical music for 15 minutes per day.

4. Think in Color for foods you choose to eat. Choose fresh foods over processed foods. Avoid eating ingredients you can't pronounce.

5. Connect with positive people and share your positive outlook too. Laugh a little and have fun!
