Crystal Healing
Integrate your Reiki healing journey with crystals
Though Reiki training does not specifically address nor require the use of crystals, learning about crystal energies may enhance your experiences for using natural healing Reiki. Gems of the earth, whether sparkling and admired for their hardness, color and clarity or seemingly ordinary stones, carry with them valuable energies we can use for healing.
An easy way to use crystal colors with more healing intentions is to select a set of crystals that match chakra colors. Though matching colors of crystals to the colors of the chakras is not a hard-fast rule, it's a start. Choose crystals that feel right and look appealing to you. Refer to the chart here or sign up for my Illuminations newsletter to receive a Free Chakra Balance Chart to download.
The difference between crystal energies may be noted when holding, for example, a cluster of amethyst compared to an amethyst point. Though both crystals are amethyst and carry a high vibrational energy, enhancing the 6th and 7th chakras, a cluster also carries a more grounding feeling. A point feels more directional and may assist in sending or pointing energies. When used with intention, an amethyst cluster is an excellent crystal formation to be used to clear and recharge other crystals. An amethyst point serves very well as a pendulum stone, as the center of a crystal grid or in combination with other stones to enhance specific chakras.
