We have control over our lives to a much greater extent than some of us may believe. How is this possible? We become what we think about! If we start our day with uplifting, positive feelings we may find our optimism attracting positive, uplifting experiences and people. Look here for inspiration. To change your life you must change your thoughts. In the words of Abraham-Hicks, “Reach for the thoughts that feel good.”

Check back often and adopt some of these thoughts and words as your own, and, of course, create your own new thoughts that feel good to you.

Harmony. Balancing the mind and body, guided meditation is a natural connection to the energy within and around us. The mind is often filled with distractions and “instant replays” of thoughts, songs and experiences that manifest as stress, tension and worry. By taking the time to calm the mind daily through guided meditation, the confusion and stress of the whirlwind of activity dissipates. A meditative mind can dissolve stress, focus on situations with acute attention and become clear in problem solving. Allow meditation to simply and naturally activate the power of the mind to heal and rejuvenate the body.

An Exercise in the Creation and Manifestation of New Thoughts
Simply a visual representation of your goals, whatever you want to be, do or have, a vision board is a wonderful tool used to create and realize your dreams, and to help you achieve your potential. The materials needed are simple and people of all ages may participate! Gather pictures and words from magazines and other sources to make this collage. The only requirements are as follows:
Have an idea of the goals you'd like to achieve in the upcoming year. Do you need an idea of where to begin? Think about aspects of your life on which you would like to focus: physical health, personal growth, family, romance, finances, travel, education, etc.
Make it personal. These are your goals and dreams.
Choose images and words that mean something to you, evoking interest and excitement.
Make it powerful. You are activating the Law of Attraction.*
Look at your vision board daily and be ready to receive. Receiving may require some attention on your part. Sometimes receiving what we want comes in the form of an idea on which we should act or connection to an individual who may be a part of our manifestation.
Pay attention and act on what feels good. The Law of Attraction is always at work. Doubt, fear, and negative emotions will also work to cancel the positive thoughts.
To create the vision board, simply assemble the images and words in a pleasing manner to you. This is a collage, so have some fun. Put on some music, get out the glue and scissors, magazines, etc. and create! You may keep this personal or you may want to include the whole family for this activity!
